On the ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a dining area, where you can find satellite television, a fireplace, a sofa that can sleep 2 people, and a dining table with 8 seats. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
In the garden, with an area of 750 m2, there is a pergola with a table and chairs, a heated pool with 8 loungers for relaxation and sunbathing.
There are also 3 parking spaces and an outdoor electric grill where you can prepare delicious meals. Children can have fun on the trampoline, swings, or play table tennis. 2 bicycles are also available.
